    AAAAaaaaaa!!! Shoulders!!!!!! Still sore from the shoulder work in Combat! But this would be an easy filler to do at work (like maybe tomorrow I'll bring weights to work and close my door to do this in my office during lunch) with my desk pushups (still trying to get more strength in the pushups so I can do full pushups for more than I can do right now -hey, I went from 1/2 a pushup to 4 before I have to go down to my knees practicing like this! Yay me!)
