    4/4 - 2 miles (Leslie's Walk Away Your Hips & Thighs w/fit cuff dvd)
    4/7 - 5 miles (Leslie's 5 Really Big Miles dvd w/stretchie)
    4/8 - Slim in 6 dvd (34 min)
    4/9 - 3 miles (Leslie's 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk dvd)
    So Far: 15 miles

    No exercise today, and none except NuStep since Friday...neither my PC DVD or my TV DVD are cooperating. Grrrr...:mad:

    My Goal is 50 miles this month plus lots of other workout DVD's and hopefully the weather will finally turn and I can actually do some walking and biking outside in MI. Still only 40 degrees today. Will Spring ever get here?

    4/1 Hip Hop Abs Fat Burning Cardio 2 - 45 minutes
    4/2 - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt 2 - 30 minutes
    and Hip Hop Abs Hips, Buns and Thights - 30 minutes
    4/4 - 2 Mile Walk from Ultimate 5 Day Walk Plan DVD - plus chest and back
    4/5 - Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt 2
    4/6 - Walk 3 hours around the Home Show Expo with hubby.
    4/7 - Walk 2 miles outside with hubby. Sun was out but still pretty cold here in MI
    4/8 no exercise
    4/9 3 miles of the leslie walk slim 5 mile walk DVD with stretch band.

    Aiming for 50 this month and did
    4/2 5 miles : Walk it off and tone it up.
    4/4 3 miles outside (running over the field with a lawn mower in front of me ;-)
    4/6 5 miles walk it off and tone it up
    4/9 1 mile outside
    4/10 7 miles outside

    So there are 29 to go.

    I am not allowed to do any high impact moves so I will mostly walk outside or on the treadmill, no jumping, knee lifts or so . But I will make sure to walk every single day.
