new to group

I am wanting to eat more organic and healthy food clean up my eating. my name is Katie. I began my weight loss journey weighing 250 pounds and a size 26W. I am currently 177 pounds. I eat way to much processed junk and want to cut out that food and eat fruits, veggies etc. i began grocery shopping on Friday and the finish the shopping the next week.

    Welcome! Despite that I was never super overweight but raw food helped me lose a crazy amount of weight very rapidly. It is a great lifestyle not only for health, but for weight loss! Best of luck

    Welcome, and remember to take it in steps.

    It is hard to convert over to almost all Raw food overnight.

    nearly 100% vegan (eat fish once in blue moon if out with the hubby for a meal) im eating high raw , i joined fitness pal to hopefully stop me going off track from my goals ( i do that a lot). I have tried high raw a few times over the last 3 yr but im a comfort eater and always go off track at the slightest bit of stress upset etc etc i never stick anything out :(
    This year i decided to do it different and go slow, gave up red meat in janruary 1st , gave up all meat and dairy jan 14th started high raw last week :D

    Looking for like minded ppl my family think fruit n salad is just for ppl on a diet wanting to lose weight!!!! I know the lifestyle i want to live but its so far out of the box of the people around me its untrue which makes it more of a struggle but im going to do it this time i will !
