Week 4 Weigh In (up through Monday April 15)

Hey Everyone,

It's time for weigh in.... How did everyone go Week 4... What was your goal this week? Did you hit it? My goal was to be 250.8, but sadly, I was .4 away.. O well, I finally got back down to my lowest weight (in march)... really looking forward to pushing hard next week and getting out of the 250's..

    Hey there, still semi under the weather here, just been walking and light cardio, somehow still managed to drop a bit, woohoo. Hope I feel better soon, would love to kick it up a notch!

    I haven't been doing well and I am so mad at myself. I have been busy with school so have been coming up with 'good' excuses to avoid exercise. I try to watch what I eat but I guess that is not enough. I hope I can get back on the wagon again. :(

    Week 4 was rough for me. I actually didn't look at the scale this weekend, so the weight I enter will just be the same as last week. I need to get my act together and get back into the right mindset. My goal for the week is to eliminate my bad snacking habit. I will try to replace the junk food with some string cheese, apples and clementines. Wish me luck :)
