    In video games you can eat food that you find laying on the ground or hidden inside of walls and it will make you healthier and not just as sustenance but it will actually heal bullet and knife wounds.

    You can also carry a sniper rifle, 3 hunting rifles, a rocket launcher, 6 mini nukes, 2 plasma rifles, 20 grenades, 30 land mines..... and 99 potions.
