I'm doing the Insanity videos so my goal is to simply start riding my bike to college and work etc. I am working on getting my bike fixed today to do so. Hope I can keep this goal! i'm thinking to ride my bike instead of drive for 3 days a week0

Great idea! I might try doing that but coming to the work is downhill mostly and going back uphill after being tired would be really difficult. This is why I have not done that. I might give it a try some day.

I really do think an upright bike would of been easier... maybe I will coordinate to go biking outside with some friends.0 -
Finally was able to get outside this morning!!! Rode 11 miles and I can't express how great it was!! I was getting sick and tired of the stationary bike!!!0

That made me realize that I have only done 50 km in April and I should have done 100 km by now. Hopefully this weekend weather will be bettter for cycling.0 -

Good 29 km done today. I have improved my time from 120 minutes to 108 minutes for the same distance. This is good 10% improvement in my time:) Total distance for April 79 km.
Average speed was 15.8 km/hr and highest was 48.1 km/hr downhill.
My target is 200 km and need to put more effort for sure.0 -

I haven't been consistant with logging my miles but I have been riding...although they are calling for flurries tomorrow (it is April 22nd right??) I was able to bike outside on Sunday and logged 20 miles. I've probably logged about 75 miles so far...I may get to 100 and then I will be all over it!! Great job to everyone!!!0
