Weekend Challenge # 15 - Burn 1000 calories minimum!

Hello everyone, this weekend challenge is relaxed a little so more people can take up the challenge. Lets burn atleast a 1000 calories this Saturday and Sunday and make the weekends count as well!

I think I forgot to post last weekend's, so I will add those in this post, too. But, for this weekend:
Saturday: 706 (500 walk/run, 79 stretching, 127 water aerobics)
Sunday: 953 (131 stretching, 527 swimming, 295 water aerobics)

Saturday: 395 (79 stretching, 316 swimming)
Sunday: 418 (walking)

Last week was a rough one. I was working 12 hour nights, we had an Eagle Court of Honor, and about a hundred other things. This week, I worked c25k for the first time in almost two weeks, which really limited how much else my body felt capable of doing. I am sorry for the low numbers.0 -

NEVER apologise for low numbers! You did something! You had some numbers. Thats awesome! Its better than the rest of us lying on the sofa (or forgetting to post burns in my case heehee)0
