I have really bad nausea and the only thing that helps is to eat every 30 min or so. What are some good low calorie snacks to keep nausea down?

I had this posted in another thread but it's applicable
I like keeping these healthy snacks around (veggies and greek yogurt based dip (I make my own using bacon bits and chopped garlic which I microwave a bit first, then add greek yogurt and some salt/seasonings, high in protein and low fat), frozen grapes (just strip them off the vine and freeze them in a kitchen towel and eat them like candy), dried seaweed (you can get it at any Asian grocery store, it's like chips but almost no cals and some protein as well), or air popped popcorn (30 cals per cup)). I also like the new kellogs cracker chips, they're really delicious and low cal.0 -
For me only bland carbs kept the nausea away, so plain popcorn was the only low cal option I had. If you give us an idea of what works for your nausea we can suggest specifics0

Ginger People "Ginger Chews" You can pick them up sometimes at target or at health food stores. 90 calories in 3 I think and the ginger helps. Sipping on ginger ale too.0

Yougart, 1/2 apple and peanut butter (some protien and fat), I loved pistachios (put 15 in a snack bag 45cal), add strawberries for balance... bananas a higher cal but supose to be grea for preg lot LOTS of vitamins.0

One thing that I discovered last week was that sipping on lowfat milk throughout the day really helps keep the nausea in check without adding too many extra calories. Also, I brought part of an orange to work today and ate one section every 20 minutes or so. I think I will try that one again tomorrow.
It's rough, huh? I have been going way over my calories because I have to be constantly eating and the only things that sound remotely edible are really high in calories, like peanut butter.0
