Finished in 2:13:45. I knocked 18 minutes off my Half PR from December.
I am slowly working down to my goal of a sub 2 hour half.

It was the Big-D Half Marathon here in Dallas.

Just something to keep in the back of your mind - each pound you drop saves you about 2 seconds per mile. That's not a lot for 1500 meters but, for the Half and Full, it can really add up!

That's fantastic! Always great to get a PR :-). You just never know how a race will go until you run it. And you can totally get down to sub-2:00.

    My half history:
July 2012: ~2:30, Oct 2012: ~2:30, Nov 2012: ~2:19, April 2013: ~1:53. After the race in October I started losing weight. After the race in November I decided I'd attempt a full marathon and I've been training for that since January.

Woohooo! Congrats on the PR! And the Big D race is not an easy course - just imagine how much more you'll improve with time and an easier course.
