Been hitting the Pepsi Center in Amherst for open skate when I have a chance.
It really works the legs & a nice break from the treadmill.
It isn't free though.
About $10 if you aren't a resident & don't have your own skates.0 -

ugh! i am so over the cold wintery weather..thank god for my treadmill..!! i am incredibly focused and determined to lose weight right now...i hope that i dont lose it..so far so good!!! i just want better weather so i get out side and walk with my dogs..its much better than being in the basement:smokin:0

I empathize cg, tried to walk my pup last night and it was wickedly cold:grumble: . Walking down the block was facing into the wind and even he wanted to head home...... but I guess 15 minutes is better than no minutes..... I live in Kenmore, a nice walkable neighborhood....... Also, new Planet Fitness opened up in Amherst on Maple behind Red Robin.
Cheap membership & right now the place is dead.
Even if it picks up they have so much equipment there.0
