    I have been sooo bad about checking in lately. I travel for work and then my schedule gets messed up :(

    I am down 27 pounds so I'm still on track for the pound a week! Even though I don't write on the thread, I check in every day and read all of the inspirational status'. Even though you don't know - you all keep me going and on track! Thanks to you all!!
