I'm a vegetarian and new to the 5:2 Fast Diet. I've never heard of it, but it sounds doable. How does it work for us? Thanks

If that doesn't work for you, just type in "eat fast and live longer" into a Google video search. There are copies on sites like VIMEO and Dailymotion that you may be able to access if my PBS link doesn't work.0 -
