I missed this challenge but I'd like to give myself one for tomorrow, if that's okay. I want to do strength training. I always have an excuse not to pick up those weights. Tomorrow's the day!0

I did it. 10 minutes on the elliptical. I am so out of shape that I had to stop over and over...it actually took me close to 20 minutes to do 10 minutes on the machine but i did it! I also had a salad for dinner instead of a burger and fries. trying to make one step at a time, one decision at a time.0
