In the book Haylie mentions using sprouted grain bread like Ezekial brand but on the app is says it needs to be wheat free. It seems like I can't find a sprouted grain bread without wheat. What are you using?

    I have the same question lol I just went to Trader Joes, and they did have a whet free Sprouted bread, but it was loaded with seasme seeds and had berries in it. What brand is everyone using?

    Haylie has said that the Ezekial sprouted grain bread is fine to use.

    That's what I thought but on the app is says it must be wheat free and the Ezekial 4:9 Haylie mentions has wheat in it. That's why i am confused.

    SPROUTED wheat is fine. The app is incorrect as has been noted by some other people and Haylie herself.

    I just asked haylie on facebook and yes, the ezekial 4:9 is fine.

    I got the sprouted wheat bread from Trader Joe's that's flour free, I think maybe that's what she was going for when it says wheat free.
