    Just needing to stay motivated. I have been doing the March No Nonsense Challenge. Continued into April. :) I also do Zumba.
    I live in WY with my husband and furry family. Just need to drop the last ten pounds.

    30 Day Shred is a three part work out by Jillian Michaels. It has three full body workouts that you do. You do level one for so many days before moving onto level two. They have jumping Jack's, planks, push-up, squats and more in them. You can pick it up for about ten dollars at Target, Wal-Mart. Fun workout.
