pure cardio not working...

My pure cardio dvd isnt working, I've YouTube'd it before but i had to do it on my phone, my phone's internet isn't working is best right now and i have to get it done. Should i just skip to plyometric circuit that i have to do tomorrow and repeat it again tomorrow or should i do a different one that's similar to pure cardio? If so which one would be recommended? Could i handle max cardio I'm barely on day 9

    I would do make cardio, won't hurt you to substitute that one for Pure Cardio. Might make you better prepared for Month 2.
