Due November 2013 & Need tips on Calorie Intake

Hi Ladies--I'm due with baby #4 on Thanksgiving. I've been using MFP for over a year, losing 40 lbs (gained some back over the holidays and then when i got preggo) and I want to continue to use it, but I'm not so sure how I should handle my calorie intake. Do any of you have any suggestions on figuring out how many calories I should be eating in each trimester? I've been slacking on the exercising since I found out a few weeks ago due to the tiredness and nausea, but I've been trying to walk for 20 min at work when the weather is nice. Any suggestions would be awesome!!

hey, ive been trying to eat around 2000 calories a day and im currently in my second tri.
i think trying to eat at maintanence is the key whilst getting some gentle exercise like walking etc x0 -
I use the below calculator to determine my TDEE based on activity level. I ate exactly at TDEE for the first trimester (2100 calories), regardless of excersize I eat the same calories every day. I added some to that number and am now eating about 2200-2300 per day for the second trimester. I will increase that again for the third. I am almost 15 weeks and have gained 3 pounds.
Luckily, I was already at maintenence when I got pregnant, so it was an easy transition to make for my body. I would imagine if I had been cutting calories prior that I may have gained a bit more at this point.

I found this calorie calculator and it seems pretty accurate. I just asked my doctor for a recommendation and I'm in the 2nd trimester and they told me only 1800 calories a day! I asked for a consult with a nutritionist to be sure. I've gained too much up to this point and want to slowwwww down! :-) I can't gain like this the whole pregnancy or else I will gain 60lbs or more. Not good!
