Hi Laura! Our goals are a little different but it appears we are both RNs...? I am 6'0" and a goal (I think) of 160's. I am currently 174.4 and my heaviest was 240. Nice to meet you. Good luck with your goals! :)

Add away.........I'm a good bit older  than you ha!ha! But I am close to 6 foot and trying to get into the 160-170 range - toned & cut! I may adjust as I get closer to my goal, just have to keep moving that way for now......

    Heaviest 236
    Current 216
    Goal 160-170's tone & cut

Somethings to possibly get you over your plateau....up your calories a bit and change your workouts up some.........

Hi everyone. I am 6'1 and at my heaviest ever that I've been when not pregnant. I'm 52 and currently weight 199.2. (I was at 202 last wee, but this morning was below 200 and I'm taking it!)

I don't know if I've got the menopause or thyroid thing going on that's made me gain so much weight lately. I don't like doctors so this time I REALLY want to be serious with MFP....again, before going that route.

I have been tracking and started doing Callanetic DVD's. Even drug the old Fluidity bar up from the garage to use.

I'm hoping to get to 170. Anything below that would be a plus. If anyone is interested in tracking both food and exericse on here I will be really happy to have some company. :)

Hi Folks, I'm 5' 13" and fall under the "fan" category +*. Like many, I worked in the health care field, but am now transitioning to retirement / career change. I have tremendous respect for folks who are striving to make a big change in their fitness. I'm embarrassed that I can't even lose a modest amount. At my recent HW, I was 27.7 BMI, and every diet or fitness effort brings me down a bit, but I always get stuck. I think MFP will be the tool that helps me get to <25.0 BMI (185 pounds). I hope to find some buddies and help each other. Please feel free to add me as a friend.
