Hello  I was curious as to how old everyone's love is and how much time is everyone able to sneak in for working out? My little one is 11 months (1st year is almost done-crazy!) I work full time and go to school full time; I have managed to schedule 30mintues of exercise daily (though some days are harder than others.) Has anyone else had success with only 30minutes a day or should I figure out more time? I have only lost 16lbs in 8months!!!

    Hi,
I think that your doing great with your weight loss, keep doing what your doing and if you want to do more and time allows then do more.

Hi and welcome! My DD is 9 years old - a big 3rd grader! I currently do between 30-45 min during the week, sometimes more on the weekends. With my current situation, that amount of time is perfect for me. I do plan on upping my workout times when DD goes back to cheerleading practice this summer - I'll have a lot of extra time to workout while she is at practice! That being said, do what is best for you and your schedule.

DS is 4 Work full time and starting back to school soon *sigh*. Right now I wake up early to get some work out time in. We go to the park on the weekends and ride bikes after dinner and homework. Only way I can seem to fit it in.
