Time to do a little research. In your first topic post, you shared a goal(s) that you would like to achieve with your health. I want you to research a diet and/or exercise program that would help you reach this goal. Once you find the website that you feel will work for you, I want you to cite this website in Noodle Tools and create an annotation.     found an article called get active. The article gave me tips on physical
    activity that will help me get stronger. The type of exercise that will
    help is muscle strengthening because it will give me a good work out for my
    muscles and build them up. Some examples are Push-ups against the ground or
    the wall, sit-ups, and also going outside and playing with friends.

    LA Fitness is the place that I found that will help me reach my fitness
    goal. I am currently going to this gym now and I love it. At LA Fitness
    they offer tons of exercise options, and classes. The classes that they
    offer are Body Works Plus Abs, Cycle, Yoga, Step Plus Abs, Boot Camp
    Conditioning, Zumba Class, Aqua Fit, Mat Pilates. This gym is a great gym
    to go to because it even has a kids klub if you have children; you just
    have to pay an extra five dollars. This gym also offers a juice bar so you
    can also get protein after a hard workout, its 20% gym 80% nutrition. Along
    with other gyms there are an abundance of cardiovascular machines,
    weightlifting machines, also a pool and sauna to enjoy after a good
    workout. La Fitness will help me reach my fitness goal of losing weight and
    becoming physically healthy.

    and fitness. They even have great recipes you can choose from that are
    good. They also have great workouts like, yoga, abs workouts, but workouts,
    leg workouts, and back workouts. They have healthy recipes for you to
    follow all throughout the day, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and
    desserts. This website offers you so much, that it is almost overwhelming.
    They have all types of workouts to tone your body. They have hair, make-up,
    and skin tips to keep you looking fabulous. You will enjoy this website,
    there is everything you need to keep you looking, and feeling your best.
