Breakfast

Does anyone else struggle with not being hungry at all in the morning? I do, and I am trying to figure out something small and quick (& healthy!) to force down so that I am not skipping breakfast. I have unfortunately burned myself out on eggs. I will probably go back to yogurt soon, I think, maybe. Anywho, who has light, on-the-go breakfast ideas? GO! :happy:

Could try a piece of fruit, slimfast shake, PB&J sandwich, or Graham crackers. Though I usually don't do breakfast. There is conflicting information out, so take it with a grain of salt, but I have been reading that mini-meals/skipping meals...doesn't make a difference with weightloss and metabolism. I haven't noticed any difference to me, except that I get hungrier throughout the day if I eat breakfast...could be one of my individual weirdnesses though.0
