I'll give this a go at some point, my first point of order is to get into better shape to even attempt this. I shall be where I want to be by Jan 2015, and then, Ill blow this out of the water, no problem.

    No retreat, no surrender.

You guys want a tip on increasing run times? Long runs. With increased distance you will naturally get faster. This is why they have long runs in boot camp, and it does work. Use Saturday or Sunday and go out and do a 4 or 5 mile run (or if you are going Marines 6 miles).

Started running again. The USN chief threw me into a bit of a funk for a while. Getting back into conditioning. Lost seven pounds this week, mostly water but I'll take it. Building up my strength again but nowhere near where I was a year ago, before the new job, when I stopped training fully. Looking to really make a final push at this time. Hope all is going well with the rest of you.
