Beginning Week 2

Monday starts week 2 and I am excited! I feel more confident of what I am doing so I think it will be even easier. I will weigh in the morning but so far I am down 5lbs! I went to the movies today with my hubby and has no desire for my usual popcorn and milk duds. I took my nuts as a snack and drank water. I think I have been "Detoxed" because I really didn't want anything. It was hard to finish the portion of nuts. Afterward we went for a walk and enjoyed the beautiful spring weather here in the Blue Ridge. By the way Oblivion with Tom Cruise is awesome! Good luck to everyone tomorrow for those that are beginning week 2 and for everyone else KEEP IT UP!! It's worth it and it works!!

I'm excited too, but I keep having to run to the grocery store every few days! I know in the beginning you have to get some staples, but because I'm eating so much fresh food, I'm afraid to buy too much and I end up running out. I used to be the person who was always throwing away fruit and veggies, becasue we NEVER ate it all! No I can't keep it stocked! I'm wondering if it would be cheaper to shop for the fruits and veggies at a farmers market??????0

We live 30 minutes from a grocery store that has halfway decent prices and an hour and a half from one that has decent prices, so I have to buy my groceries once a week. As a result, I have to strategize to keep enough produce in the house. My fridge is PACKED when I get home from grocery shopping. I also rely on frozen fruits and veggies for some items.0
