Any suggestions? I have decided to cut Gluten out again. Can you guys suggest some gluten free snacks that don't taste like saw dust?

Hummus and veggies is always a winner for me - as are mixed nuts, fruit, rice cakes with peanut butter on there/soft cheese, a smoothie with bananas and strawberry or mango/any other fruits.

My snacks are usually cheese, fruit, yogurt, nuts, corn tortilla chips, veggies and hummus, or gluten free bars like Larabars or Van's.

I just discovered dried apricots from Sunsweet, but I also like almonds, air popped popcorn.

I thought all Cheetos were GF? They are in Canada...I know I've checked labels on pretty much every kind before over-indulging in them.

Spiced, roasted chick peas. Fantastic. Just search a few recipes to find a spice blend that suits your tastes. There are sweet ones (like honey roasted peanuts), mexican spice ones, middle eastern spice blends, simple s&p, tons of variations.

Try cheese cubes or slices, boiled eggs, plain popcorn, unsalted nuts, dried fruit or seeds {pumpkin and sunflower) Fresh or tinned fruit. These are all healthy as a bonus.
