I've got a feeling that TinaTaterToes is going to put us all to shame this week!
Thanks for the motivation - after the gain this last weigh in I was a bit bummed (even though in my head I know that I vary in a single day more than double what I gained). Balance. (self note: Keep balance in mind, Elizabeth. You knew that loosing 4 pounds in one week would come back to bite you!!)
All that to say that I have a good start for this week. 50 minutes Tuesday, and even though it is my day off for working out, I did 32 minutes of Zumba to change it up. You can bet your shrinking patootie that I will be finding a way to work in some strength training tonight (wish me luck - it will be the first time in about a year...and I hate it. So I decided to tackle food and cardio first...but that 5 day canoe trip is creeping up on me and I need some muscle in my arms!!).0 -
