Where can I buy these videos?

I'm 58 and not an exercise person, but I want to walk. What is a good starting goal for me? Thanks!

    Hello,
I think Leslie's videos are wonderful for all fitness levels. I'd start with a simple one or two mile walk,. I have never tried one of her videos that I found too difficult. I get the DVDs at target, wal mart, or amazon. I wish you good luck, and keep me posted!

You can buy them online at her site:
    http://www.walkathome.com/

Or at Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, Kmart. I would suggest that if you struggle with physical activity to start with one of her 1-2 mile or 3 mile walks as they are usually slower-paced, like 15-20 minutes a mile. Then step it up to one of her faster walk videos.

Thanks for the information and the advice. I was just talking to my daughter and she told me she has the videos and she would like to do it with me! Yay!!!! Not only does that save me money...but it also gives me a workout partner so we can cheer each other on.
I'll definitely keep posting on how it's going.

We have a Movie Stop near us and they sell her videos as well as used ones. I picked up a couple used ones for 2 & 3 dollars. Leslie is fantastic and no matter what your fitness level is, you can modify her walks.

You can find them at Target & Walmart as well
  • I have purchased a lot of mine from amazon.com.

Also, there are some youtube cliips of her short 2 and 3 mile walks. Maybe you can use the youtube videos until you purchase the dvd videos.

I have the 4 mile super challenge. I got that one for about 10 dollars on ebay.
Also, I just bought the 5 mile boosted walk on Amazon.
It was just over 2 dollars, plus 3.99 for shipping. Under 7 dollars. What a buy.
You can find a lot of her workout on youtube. It's a great place to start.
That way you'll know which videos you like best, before you buy.
I really like Leslie's workout. She keeps me motivated and encouraged.
    Be Blessed!!
