I am on week 1, still light weights. I am on day 3, second A. Squats, Bench Press, Barbell Rows.

My question is about warm ups. I understand it's good to start a bit lighter to work up to your max weight, but after 3 warm up, squats, 3 warm ups, bench presses, do I really need to warm up for Barbell Rows? My body should be warmed up b y now shouldn't it?

I wouldn't worry too much about warmups -- yet. You should still be using very low weight so there's nothing much that's lower than your working weight.

As I got up into higher numbers, I increased the amount of warmups I did. I do warmup for the row, even though yeah, I feel pretty warm by then. One thing that warmups are about is reminding your muscles about proper form before the weights get hard.

if you watch the mehdi videos he seems to go straight to work weight for the rows and deads.. personally that's what I do currently, not sure if I'd have the energy to do a lot more!

I use this too! It's really helped me a lot with correct warmup weights. I was always doing too much on my warmup sets and getting tired right away
