    Good morning. I had a yo-yo week for weight. But I think it's because I've been replacing some fat with muscle. That's a good thing! (Measurements show start to end of week 1)

    Wt - 187-185.4
    Upper Arm - 14.5-13.5.
    Chest - 41-39
    Waist - 39-37
    Hip - 44-42
    BMI - 32.1 - 31.8

    Only lost 1.6 pounds but clothes are fitting better and measurements have changed...

    Stayed the same this week. 204. First week of the challenge, but my third week here. I lost 6 pounds the first two weeks and really stuck with my plan. This week slipped back to the old habit of stress eating and carbs. Vowing to get back to it and make this coming week productive.

    Lost 1.5lbs. Happy with that as lost 5lbs week before. Will measure in a few more weeks. Once a week is too much for measures.

    My weight this morning was 177, which is 4 pounds above my weight last week. As it is not actually possible for me to gain four pounds in a week, I can only assume that my body is freaking out with finals. Let's see what happens next week.

    Weighed in this morning at the same time as last week.

    Last week Now
    Weight 197.7 195.5 = 2.5 pounds lost
    Bust 42 42 inches
    Waist 33 33 inches
    arm 12 11.9 inches
    hips 45 45
    thighs 26.5 26

    I wasn't as good as I could have been this week, I had my treat evening Tuesday night but didn't get back fully onto the diet the next day as I should have done, I also ended up going out for lunch with my parents yesterday but I was proud that I couldn't eat as much as I used to be able to.

    I also want to put some changes I've noticed as well, my jeans are fitting better and better now each time, and I feel a lot healthier and happier already. As I've been toning up my arms are feeling a lot more muscle rather than fatty as they were before.

    I'm so happy I lost 2 lbs and I can fit in my size 10 jeans perfectly. I can't wait for that day when I will be in a size 8 jeans :laugh:

    Down 3 this week to 156. I really, really worked hard this week and am ecstatic that it showed on the scale :laugh:
    Knowing I have to post a weigh in every week and seeing everyone else's accomplishments through the week have really motivated me- thanks everyone!:flowerforyou:

    I made a couple bad food choices the last 2month days so I'm not surprised at my weight gain. I WILL do better this week!!!

    After a week of hard work and clean eating I am very pleased with the results. 6.2 pounds gone and the fat is melting everywhere.

    Weight: 184.2 lost 2 1/2 pounds this week!
    Body Fat 46.1%
    Chest: 39.75
    Waist: 40.75 (It went up. Maybe I'm not measuring right)
    Hips 43.75
    Left upper arm: 14 1/8
    Right thigh: 23.75
    Neck: 14.75

    I definately feel much better. Exercise has been the thing that is saving me.:wink:

    Havent all my measurements but i was down 2lb so im happy, will try harder this week cause i need to loose more each week to meet the target!
