Weight is up 1lb since last week.
I will weigh again tomorrow at the gym to check body composition.
Was it fat, water, muscle????
Stay tuned for the exciting conclusion.
Either way, I'm stronger, my clothiers are looser and still I'm an overall fox! :blushing:

The moral of this post is: don't be discouraged if the scale doesn't cooperate! Stay focused, trust the process and make adjustments along the way.

I definately feel much better. Exercise has been the thing that is saving me.

I'm loving the fact that I can see the weight loss in my face! Just a little change but it's good encouragement!0 -
Start weight last week was 189.6lbs.. This morning's weigh-in put me at 187.6 lbs; two ponds down for week#1 !!0

Stayed the same this week. 204. First week of the challenge, but my third week here. I lost 6 pounds the first two weeks and really stuck with my plan. This week slipped back to the old habit of stress eating and carbs. Vowing to get back to it and make this coming week productive.

I am gonna hold you to that vow Jen and I make the same vow back to you! We'll loze 2 pounds this week together. Stress is horrible on us, try smashing some play dough instead of grabbing something to eat, makes me feel better!0 -

Good morning. I had a yo-yo week for weight. But I think it's because I've been replacing some fat with muscle. That's a good thing! (Measurements show start to end of week 1)
Wt - 187-185.4
Upper Arm - 14.5-13.5.
Chest - 41-39
Waist - 39-37
Hip - 44-42
BMI - 32.1 - 31.8

I was down 2.6 pounds. I measured myself, but the numbers are a little too good so I clearly did not measure consistently. My trainer does measure me at the gym periodically so I do have those measurements to motivate me.0 -

On 4/21 was 178.8 so I went with 179...Didn't weigh myself all week so I was shocked!

Stronger + looser clothes = success. I think the small weight gain will happen to me soon, I'm trying to build muscle but taking very small steps.0 -
