    Good morning. I had a yo-yo week for weight. But I think it's because I've been replacing some fat with muscle. That's a good thing! (Measurements show start to end of week 1)

    Wt - 187-185.4
    Upper Arm - 14.5-13.5.
    Chest - 41-39
    Waist - 39-37
    Hip - 44-42
    BMI - 32.1 - 31.8

    You did fantastic overall. Your pants might fall off of you at work! Bring a belt.

    Weight: 206.6
    Neck: 14 3/8
    Waist: 40
    Hips: 49


    Not as much as I was hoping but at least some progress.

    Hi everyone. Great to see so many fantastic results!

    I was down 2.6 pounds. I measured myself, but the numbers are a little too good so I clearly did not measure consistently. My trainer does measure me at the gym periodically so I do have those measurements to motivate me.

    On 4/21 was 178.8 so I went with 179...Didn't weigh myself all week so I was shocked!
    I didn't measure this week probably will every other.
  • Weight is up 1lb since last week.
    I will weigh again tomorrow at the gym to check body composition.
    Was it fat, water, muscle????
    Stay tuned for the exciting conclusion.

    Either way, I'm stronger, my clothiers are looser and still I'm an overall fox! :blushing:
    Gonna be foxier soon! :laugh:

    The moral of this post is: don't be discouraged if the scale doesn't cooperate! Stay focused, trust the process and make adjustments along the way.

    Stronger + looser clothes = success. I think the small weight gain will happen to me soon, I'm trying to build muscle but taking very small steps.

    Hello everyone,

    My weight this morning was 145.6 lbs (down from 147 lbs). I am on an all vegetarian diet now, no gluten, no suger, no dairy..... I hope I will be able to sustain it! Need motivation......

    Oh boy - I'm weighing at the end of day of a weekend, and there's quite a differential!

    That's okay - it's educational. I've gained 4 pounds and am now at 155lbs.

    I will skip the measurements and settle on a consistent method/time of day to report in future.

    I did actually weigh myself yesterday, so here it is:

    4/28: 198.2

    I think I was dealing with water weight last week, but still, I'm pleased!

    I'm getting a Tanita in the mail today, so I may have changed numbers for next week, here's hoping for more accuracy!

    I thought we were only doing measurements first weigh in and last weigh in, so I don't have those. This week was disappointing for me. I was sick and lost 3lbs, but when I got better I gain back those 3lbs. So I went from 235lbs to 234.5lbs this week. I guess that only leaves room for improvement. I have to be better about tracking my food and exercise. :( Thank you everyone for your help, support, and accountability.
