Ello everyone Im Jen I have PCOS and it sucks ! Just droping into say hiya . Its nice to find people that struggle like me :blushing:

    Hi, pcos definitely sucks. It's such a pain, causes lots of probs. But got to keep at it, not let it take over your life.

    Welcome! It is nice to have other's who understand your struggle, especially since it is harder for us to loose weight than other's. Weight has been coming off for me pretty quickly right now but I am working my butt off for it and being diligent about what I eat and tracking it all.

    Welcome!! So glad you could join us! We all understand what it is like to struggle to loose weight here. These ladies have been such a motivation to me!! I just know you will find out how awesome every one here is. They have kept me going on days where i didn't think it was possible to get through the day under my calorie goal. :) Good luck!!
