MAY CHALLENGE STARTS MAY 1ST

Hi all!

Just wanted to clarify the May Challenge begins MAY FIRST! (Not today!) I think doing week by week on Wednesdays will help some of us break that cycle of "I'll start Monday." I did this for a while before I got serious about working out, and I always used "I'll start Monday" as my excuse to not start mid week. Hope this works out for everyone!!!

    Yes! Excited and ready to go. Already changed my training options on my HRM to start my week Wed.
