Weight - 153.2 (i gained 1.2 pounds this week:sad: )

Well I only measure once a month so no measurments. But I've been very good with my exercising and eating and this week.......
I lost 4 lbs:happy:0 -
This week (Last Week)
Weight: 165.2 (168.5)
Waist: 30.5 (31)
Hips: 42.5 (43)
Thigh: 25.5 (did not measure this last week)
Arm: 11.5 (11.5)
According to my weigh in I lost 3 pounds! But it's hard to say how accurate that is because my weight fluctuates so much throughout the day. Does anyone else's also do this?0 -
down 1.5 lbs now 150.5 no measurements this week0

Mine does it too. Its crazy so what i do is weigh at the same time everyday. Just after getting up.0
