I lost about 1 lbs. Was about 155 and now about 154, but I did loose 1 inch around my chest, 1/2 inch in my waist and 1/2 inch in hips! Been hiking/running and doing yoga a lot and I think it is really working for me cause even if I didn't loose that much weight I feel much better and stronger already.
This week I plan on riding my bike to work depending on weather and continue with my hiking/running/yoga/weights routine.

No change in my measurements over the last week and have gained .2 oz. I have been at a stubborn plateau for about a month and a half now. It is such a beating!!0

Late!! lol Just returned from vacation, so was unable to weigh at my normal time.
bought the measurement tape but can't locate where I put it prior to vacation! lol
Weight: 194 lb. Up a pound....hoping its water.0 -
For now I will just concentrate on the weight loss since my personal trainer will measure me after our 6th week training.

I am still 18.2 lbs away from my healthy BMI of 24.90 -
Stayed the same, but really just dug my heels midweek. So can't wait to weigh in Sunday. I also now have a trainer.0

I weighed myself this morning (4/29/13) and I was 175.2! Didn't measure as it was a little hectic. Might do that tomorrow but I'm 3.3 pounds down! Woot!0

Sorry this is late. The weight is from Sunday but between being busy and forgetful it just didn't get it on this thread yesterday.
148 = 1 lb lost. I am motivated by my gain from Friday to Sunday to be better throughout the weekend!
I started to take measurements, but I am honestly so bad at it. I couldn't remember where, how tight, blah blah blah. So I'm going to stick to weight and paying attention to how my clothes fit. There are a particular pair of pants that are a real goal of mine!!0 -
sadly my weight has increased to 223.5
however my waist went down .75" to 43 1/4
all other measurements stayed the same0 -

Hips - 43in - same
Thigh -24.5 - 23.50 -
Weigh In info... I've been WAY overeating carbs recently which is definitely not ideal. Now it's time to get back on track.
Now there are just 4 weeks until my college reunion and 6 weeks to lose the 20 pounds that we have committed to...
Thank heavens for this group or I would likely have continued being 'off track' tonight & tomorrow.
