places to jog?

Does anyone know of good places to go run on weekends or evenings? I'm not a fan of the bike paths and river walks. They are a little crowded, and I hate it when a bike comes up from behind me and it startles me (because they're quiet).

I know that in my hometown it was okay for walkers and runners to come use the high school's track. Are any school tracks okay to use here?

    Where do you live in the QC what's closest to ya? well anyway I go on the hennepin canal by my house in (colona) it's awesome not much traffic at all.
