New on the group!

Hi everyone, this is the first time in a long time I decided to get serious and start to exercise and I found the videos of Leslie Sansone very interesting and a great way to start moving.

I'm very excited to start and hopefully I can make new friends here in the group!

    Welcome to the group! Leslie is a great way to start ..... you can do any of her workouts at your own pace.

    I've been doing Leslie for a few years now - I was never a regular exerciser ....Leslie changed that.

    Welcome to the group. I love Leslie's work outs because you can customize them to your fitness level or amount of time you have available to workout. I've been doing Walk at Home for over 5 years and found it's the only workout I can really stick to.

    Thanks! As I don't have the money to pay for a gym I found it very handy to watch LS dvds on youtube and so far I'm enjoying doing the walks!

    hello. I've just joined this website today. I used to do her dvds at church, but it wasn't a good time for me (the evening). I've just got to get motivated to do it at a certain time at home, every day.

    I need to lose about 50 pounds to be at the 136 weight. I'm only 5'2....
