I'm 5"7 and I've got around 15lbs left to lose.
I'm starting the 30day squat challenge on the 1st May0 -
I have just done day 1, I did not use weights or anything else as doing 50 was an achievement for me since I have never done more than 10 at a time...so glad I found this challenge
How do you log them as exercise? can not find them0 -
I am on day 4 but I made a mistake I have been going up by 10 not 5 so I guess I am really on day 7 or 8, oh well I will keep on going0

I'm not sure, but If the going gets tough, I might consider breaking it up so I can complete them in a day!
I'm starting May 1st, and will try to prep my hamstrings by stretching before I start, so I don't pull anything. I'm going to start with body weight, and If they feel easier at some point, I may add more weight!0 -
