K, I was confused, I thought the teams provided advantages, e.g. you'd only be moved to home team if your team lost the least amount of weight and you were the lowest weight loss of that team. Understand now, thanks - teams are only for support. thx for clarifying!% of lost weight with challenge points - but this time noone is moving!!!

I think it is easier to motivate each other in smaller groups - people would get to know each other more .... even if you are moved to home pit - you will still stay in your loft .... you will be playing to win home pit0
