When does strength begin?

Hey, I am in week four of TB and am wondering when the strength starts.. Cardio is great and I am down 5 lbs but I am wanting to do more strength!!

    In month two (and I think 3) you do tone 30 and sculpt 30 every week.

    I'm missing my weights too:( I guess I could always do some light lifting on my own, I've continued doing some pushups every couple of days but not lifting.
