Finished week one

Did great today, I have not been able to run the free run in the first 2 missions of week one. So today I made a conscience effert to slow the hell down ( I was trying to run WAY WAY to fast) and was able to run all but a minute of the 10 free run. Felt amazing. I went out thinking there was no way this program was going to have me running more then 15 secs, and that I was no way ready to move on since I sucked so bad at the free run, but I surprised myself and feel very ready for week 2.

That amazing! I can't wait till I can run all of the free run. Right now I can run about the first third of it straight, then from there I continue doing a block on and a block off.

Thanks ladies. Slowing way down was key. I'm looking forward to starting week 2 on Saturday
  • Great job completing week one! I haven't been able to run the free run so tomorrow I will take your advice and slow down on the other runs. Thanks for the tip!

I've just finished Week 1. I'm able to run here and there on the free run. Kinda looking forward to Week 2. At least it's helping me lose weight. :)

Very awesome! You're definitely doing better than me. I wussed out because I was having a hard time on week 2 finishing, so I'm going to repeat it, but I saw a definite difference between Week 1 Day 1 and Day 3. I definitely did learn to slow down, and not be afraid to do a slow jog. At least I'm out there moving!
