I actually thought to check in and I missed this post! Sorry! I run often. 2-3 times a week. My favorite places are the kinsmen park by the Beban rec center and the Westwood Lake trail. It's also worth noting that the Westwood trail has an off leash section at the back. Another good place is the waterfront (Swyalana) if you don't mind more public places. Lastly there's Linley valley off of rock city road...it's okay if you don't mind running back and fourth as opposed to a circuit because the lake trail is too rugged to safely keep pace on.
