    I get told all the time " you can't tell you almost weight 130" I'm only 5 foot. I bet you look amazing and just need to tone. at 5'5" 115 is a really good low target weight anything below unless you are built like a ballerina (I am, tiny framed) lower than that may be too much...
    you should be proud of that weight right there!!! I repeat I bet you look amazing already...is it more about not feeling amazing? I've been there (am there).

    Christina - You're right, I mainly do need to tone up and just lose some belly fat. I do have a small frame, so I think it might be better for me to be below 115 at least. I don't really need to be as low as 106 as long as it looks right.

    I'm just finishing my 2nd month of Turbofire and have lost 12lbs so far. My weight had been stuck around 160 since I lost the initial 55lbs in 2010.

    You could also be my twin!

    I lost 60 pounds 3 years ago and put 20 back on. I got stuck in the 160s-170s for 2 years. How did you push past the first 55? Did you just keep going or did you have to adjust your exercise/nutrition?
