Anyone around a month out? My sleeve was done April fools day! What's everyone eating? I feel like I've been eating the same thing day in n day out. Any high protein food tips? I've been having scrambled eggs, chicken salad, crab cakes, cheese sticks, salmon. Still only able to get about 2ounces in. My manual says I should b eating 4 ounces.

I think four ounces in one sitting is a lot to handle if you're talking solid protein. I'm two months out now, but just looked back at my one month menus. I was doing Greek yogurt at breakfast, cottage cheese or hummus with a couple of high fiber crackers for lunch, then chicken salad or fat free refried beans or other softer proteins at dinner. That plus two-three shakes a day, and I managed to get my protein in. I like the Dannon Light n Fit Greek yogurt and the Yoplait 100 calorie Greek. Can't stand the plain stuff.

Also I should add that I could get in almost a whole serving of yogurt, I think around 5 oz, but with the meats and such, only 1.5-2 oz. more like 3 oz now. I also did a lot of light string cheese and laughing cow cheese for protein at the one month point.

I'm about 3 months out and I eat 3 ounces of protein and about 1/4 quarter cup of veggies each meal. For protein I eat a lot of chicken, fish (beef and I aren't getting along well right now), fat free cottage cheese, fat free greek yogurt and eggs.

I can't get in enough protein without at least one protein shake per day and the only one I like is unjury protein powder added to a fruit smoothy which I have for breakfast every morning.

I can't remember that far back but I was still on soft food so my menu was pretty limited. I was so happy to go to regular food at about 7 weeks out!
