    The photo works fine now! I saved it to my hard-drive. I am on Day 23 of the 30 day squat challenge, this will fit in nicely with that.

    I want to try!! I am also doing the squat challenge. But I don't know what a plank is?

    A plank is where you lay straight on the floor..lift yourself up with elbows and hold it..almost like a push up position but on your elbows.

    If you want to start on Day 1 that is fine. I am going by the # of the month..so day 6 for May 6
