    My stats so far: (I am so happy with my loss this week!!!!!)

    Week One - 4/21/2013 - 189.6 lbs
    Week Two - 4/28/2013 - 187.6 lbs
    Week Three - 5/5/2013 - 183.4 lbs

    Total lost so far: 6.2 lbs!!! Hells yea! :)

    1) I dress size down from 12 to 10
    2) 1 inch loss on my waist line
    3) body fat ratio 1% down
    4) 5 pound weight loss (from my start date with personal trainer)

    Despite following directions for measuring, I think I'm doing it wrong still. I'll keep trying. I know I'm getting smaller because my clothes are no longer tight. In fact, they are loose.

    Cindy, we may be in the same boat: replacing fat with muscle right now. I see my measurements changing far more than weight since the start of this challenge. I think this may be a good thing!

    Meh, down one pound. I'll take it. I'm having huge issues with my hips right now, I can barely walk :( I guess I overdid it or was not as ready as I thought I was to run. I hope it goes away soon.

    Just a tiny weight loss this week:

    4/21 = 174

    4/28 = 167.8

    5/5 = 167.2

    Total weight loss so far is 6.8 lbs.

    Smaller measurements in my waist, upper arms, forearms, calves and neck this week.

    I have been doing pure cardio for the past 2 weeks so I will go back to weightlifting/cardio next week and see what the results are.
