Day 5 - 70 squats

Hello everyone!

Just done my 70 squats for the day... Enjoyed rest day yesterday , kind of felt like giving up on the challenge but jumped straight back in this morning, good luck for today :) !

    50 done so far today. Also took a 1.21 mile walk! Feeling REALLY good. :)

  • Did my 70 just now during my break between work shifts! I know I will feel it tonight after working all day!

    Finished. Did them with 5lb weights in each hand.

    done! 40 regular and 30 sumo.

    I did them with my hands behind my head. trying to practice to eventually squat with a bar! EEeee!!


    My legs and butt are feeling it!

    I actually did another challenge today for squats. It called for 300 Plie Squats this weekend which I didn't start until this morning. So I completed 300 Plie squats. Enough for today.

    I did my 70 for today. I'm able to do it as one set. Interestingly My legs aren't feeling it too much (until the day after), but my heartrate is really kicking up.
