Hi all. this is week 3 for me. I dont push play everyday bu try to at least 3x a week. The AB sculpt workout is the killer for me so been pushing that in more hoping to be able to get through it effortlessly one day. i have been doing hip hop abs with Chalean extreme. how are you guys making out what workouts do you use most?0

I took two quick breaks during my first round through Total Body Burn for a few seconds, but other than that, just plowing on through! :drinker:

I would just recommend watching through the videos before you try them, I usually watch through them once before if I haven't done them before to get a feel for it.0 -

My last day is tomorrow, seems like it went by so fast! How is everyone else doing? I had a few weaker workouts during my month, but it was otherwise great. I'm kind of sad that it's over :laugh:0

I'm allllll finished, I'm onto 30 Day Shred now
I don't have any physical measurements that changed, but I had been working out and lost weight in the previous months, so I didn't expect a whole lot. I did, however, notice a marked difference in the feel of my abs and I can actually see slight toning despite the layer of fat still over them. It was fun and it definitely strengthened my abs :happy:
