    My friend started Hip Hop Abs too and she loves it also. I would love to try it but honsetly I have so many workout DVD's that I don't even use now. LOL.... Thats probably my biggest problem..... coming home and doing a DVD workout when I'm so tired. Any Suggestions?

    It is hard but not impossible I start to do my rutting at 7 pm and what I put in my mind is that at the end of this rutting I am going to reach my goal. That’s all you have to think about and you will do it. if you are intrested in any beachbody products you let me know i cant help you :wink:
