I like the plie squats - I did those today and can feel it in my butt more than regular squats. 75 plie squats done this morning.0 -
Done. Found it difficult today because I have just spent almost 2 hours gardening. Can't wait for the rest day...day 8.0

I had a hard time doing the squats the last two day's because of the renovation we did this weekend. So sore I can hardly move. But I love what we got done. In some ways the squats helped work out those sore muscles that I forgot I had. Lol0

3 sets of 25 while holding 12 pound weight......Did a workout at the gym yesterday and played a doubles tennis match, so am a bit sore in the thighs.....it's all good!0
