75 done with 5 lb weight in each hand. Also, 60 leg lifts. I'm going to have to check out what the plie squats are. I'd like to change it up a bit.0

I am a few days behind everyone but Day 6 squat challenge done! 75 squats! My legs are on fire... Does anyone do anything different while doing the squats like a rest time? 10 seconds or stretch?
I try to stretch every 20 squats or so.0 -
